How do I get an SR-22?
An SR-22 is added to your insurance policy, similar to an endorsement.  There is often very little cost associated with this.  The filing is usually required for three years and shows your drivers license information as well as any vehicles in your name.   You will be required to maintain limits in the amount of $25,000/$50,000/$20,000.

Failure to file and maintain your SR22 will cause your driving privelege to be suspended and will result in reinstatement fees at the DMV.  It is important to make your insurance payment in a very timely manner while your license is under the restriction of an SR22.

Well, there really is no such thing as "full coverage" because there is no way to insure for all potentially harmful things that could happen to your vehicle.  A better term is "Physical Damage" which refers to collision and comprehension coverage for your vehicle.
